South African wines, Medicine Man and Mythical Marula rule this week!

This week’s show is all about an extraordinary global fundraiser “World Chef’s Tour Against Hunger:”, ” featuring over 200 chefs from around the world participating in Johannesberg this August, to combat hunger as well as our fundraiser “An evening of South African Splendour” on June 2 raising funds to help our Canadian culinary team get there and participate. Our guests this week are all a part of this special evening, helping make this possible. Starting off with the wines, he is the founder of Lamprecht International, an importing wine agency based in Toronto, a great fan of South Africa, having visited there on many occasions, providing a selection of the South African wines being poured that evening, please Fred Lamprecht. Also joining us, a departure from the grape vine, but not from a fruit or a delicious beverage, Priya Shaw joins us, from Peter Mielzynski Agency, a prominent wine and spirit importing agency since 1979, importers for the delectable South African liqueur Amarula. And truer roots could not be found, originally from South Africa herself, she embodies goodness and generosity, the founder and proprietor of ENZA Natural Health Centre and Day Spa, specializing in South African treatments, products and the whole person, please welcome Judith Elaine to the show.
