The Heat is on Catering Personal Chef Service.

Providing a 3 course Bistro style in home dining experience from 2 guests and up, serving Niagara and GTA.

Chef’s time is paid for using the voucher, $35 per guest will be charged for the menu.

An in home dining experience exclusively paired with wines from the Niagara Region by Sommelier Jen Wilhelm.

How it begins:
Chef James Cuttriss will conduct a free consultation to design a menu to suit your tastes or dietary needs.

On the date:
After an event and date have been decided on, Chef James, or one of his qualified Chefs, will come to the designated home with all groceries, cutlery, plates and cooking equipment and present you and your guests with culinary magic and artful presentation.

You choose the location, Niagara Region and GTA.

You select the time.

You select the number of guests

You select the style of service (Family, Plated or Buffet)

Chef James Cuttriss and The Heat is On Catering

The Heat Is On Catering is a company lead by award winning professional chef James Cuttriss with eleven years fine dining experience stemming from the Niagara region in French, Thai, Italian, Southern, and Spanish Cuisine. The Heat is On Catering has catered to the finest wineries in the Niagara region and the Greater Toronto Area.

While attending Fanshawe College’s Culinary School, Chef James was apprentice to the top chefs within the London and Niagara Region. Graduating top of his class, Chef James was voted “Chef of the Year” by his peers 2000-2001. In his last year of culinary school James opened The Heat Is On Catering, specializing in private in home dinners, weddings, murder mystery events and wedding rehearsal parties.

Sommelier Jennifer Wilhelm of Wine Finesse, marries all Chef’s menus with her wine knowledge of Niagara and abroad.

Chef James has been a great contributor to his community, by getting involved yearly in many fund raising events, such as Harvest Taste, Empty Bowls, Arthritis Society, Sick Children’s Hospital, United Way Red Cross, Celiac Association and many local community clubs and events.
