Chocolate Dave says…
Making Chocolate Truffles is as easy as 1-2-3!
1. Start with a good quality Ganache, have a hard surface for rolling available and sport your latex gloves.
2. Break off a small piece, place in palm of hand and slowly roll into a small ball. Hint: Don’t over roll, as it will loose its sheen and become soft and mushy.
3.Dip and decorate as you like. Cocoa powder, chocolate sauce, coconut, sprinkles, etc.
Wrap in a box and give to your favourite person!
