The WOLF BLASS BLACK LABEL CABERNET SAUVIGNON/SHIRAZ 2005
Currently available through VINTAGES 960468 Price: $ 99.95 for 750 ml. Tasting Notes:
The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon (51%) -Shiraz (49%) was aged in new French and American oak for 24 months. A saturated purple color, it emits an aromatic array of pain grille, pencil lead, black currant, blueberry, and mint. This leads to a full-bodied, smooth-textured, dense wine in which coffee, chocolate, and plum flavours make an appearance. There is enough fine-grained tannin to ensure another 5-7 years of development. It will be at its best from 2013 to 2025.
