Le Donne del Vino is an association of 800 “Women in Wine”, all involved somehow or another with promoting the future of wine. Whether winemakers, owners, viticulturists, sommeliers, journalists or TV hosts, this has become a powerful group making quite an impact in an industry which has traditionally been very male dominated.

Over 20 Italian producers, all fantastic women of course recently were in Toronto for the Le Donne del Vino Premier Canadian Trade Tasting. We had an opportunity to enjoy some amazing wine and some amazing Italian women.
