Dear Wine Ladies,
Eggs are always on the menu in some shape or form when I’m brunch entertaining. Are there any white wines that would make for a good pairing?

Dear Wine Ladies,
Over the next couple of weeks I will be inviting several clients out for dinner as a thank you for their business. I’m a little new to this and would like to know how I should handle ordering the wine, particularly because of my limited budget. I’m afraid if I ask the sommelier I might get stuck with a bill I really can’t afford.

Dear Wine Ladies,
What is the name of the grape that originated in southern France and goes by “cot” in that region? It is a very dark, almost black grape. Thanks Wine Ladies.

Dear Wine Ladies,
My husband says red wine should always be stored at room temperature whether it is open or not. I heard that once red wine is opened it should be kept in the fridge, then brought to room temperature just before serving, who is correct?
