Sonoma Cutrer Russian River Ranches Chardonnay

No brand new discovery to share with everybody. But instead this week I’ve decided to share with everyone one, for a couple of years now, of my tried and true favourites. I never ever tire of it. It always delivers a mouthful of joy, sip after sip! It’s not an everyday wine, it’s a little pricey Monday-Friday however well worth the $26.95, when you feel like a treat.

The winery is Sonoma Cutrer, California of course…. and the wine is The Sonoma Cutrer Russian River Ranches Chardonnay 2012… an award winning wine, first introduced in 1981… made from grapes from distinct vineyard lots, it is full bodied, rich rich…with flavours of citrus and peach, a creaminess but with beautiful acidity and long finish…. forever on my palate! wonderful wine!
