After the success of our first web TV show, “Talking Wine with the Stars”, filmed during the 2009 Toronto International Film Festival, we are currently producing our second series of two-on-one interviews – this time featuring celebrities and leading business entrepreneurs, financial gurus, sports stars and innovators in the entertainment, literary and fine arts communities.

“One Sip At A Time!” is filmed live, on location at some of the most exclusive hospitality venues here in Toronto, Canada and the world!

Our first episode featured the 2009 Crystal Award winners shot on location at the stunning Fairmont Royal York Hotel in Toronto. All these award winners are a testament to hard work, passion, and creativity for Women in Film & Television-Toronto (WIFT-T). We were honoured to meet them all and to celebrate their achievements. What a thrill to meet each and everyone of these wonderful, accomplished women!

Creative Excellence Award winner TASSIE CAMERON, Screenwriter & Producer, was the first to drop by and share her stories, next was LISA MEECHES, Executive Producer, President, Eagle Vision Inc., Meeches Video Production Mentorship Award followed by Outstanding Achievement Award winner CHRISTINE SHIPTON, Senior Vice President, Drama/Factual Content, Canwest Broadcasting. All the award winners are a testament to hard work, passion, and creativity. I have a bottle of walnut liquor which I bought in England a while ago. My question is what can I mix it with since it’s so awfully sweet and the recipes I found on the internet are about adding various syrups, scotch or vodka…I’m not really sure about these. The liquor is strong enough on its own and certainly doesn’t need more sugar in it… Please help! Thanks a million.

Stepping out from the white stretch limo and onto the awaiting red carpet notable politicians, celebrity guests and dignitaries arrived one by one. The red carpet sparkled with VIP’s dressed to impress and in support of the inaugural Dancing With A Vision Gala for the Acorn2Oak Youth Services www.acorn2oak.ca charitable organization.

The Acorn2Oak Youth Services is dedicated to thousands of youth in the Region of Peel and surrounding area and exists to restore, equip and transform lives, propelling youth to achieve their full potential regardless of their circumstances. The Dancing With A Vision Gala held Thursday October 28th,2009 chaired by Avril Riley President of Boca Publishing Group www.bocapublishing.ca was a glittering success and raised $14,000 for the youth. Congratulations to all.

We were asked to co- host the festivities for the evening including a meet and greet on the red carpet. “Why are you here this evening”, we asked? The resounding answer was to support the youth, give them a chance to get back on the right track and offer them hope for the future. The youth is all of our future together.

Co-hosting the evening along with us funny man Jay Martin www.JayMartin.TV who entertained the guests with his quick wit and stories. The evening was one of fine food, rocking great entertainment (Juno Award winner Liberty Silver http://musicdirectx.com/members/21/ R & B singer Joy Foster http://www.myspace.com/joyfostermusic , R & B singer Natasha Waterman http://www.myspace.com/natashawaterman2005 and award winning Tango Dancers Roxana and Fabian http://www.tangodeoro.com ),key note speeches (Deputy Chief of Police, Dan McDonald http://www.peelpolice.on.ca/About%20Us/Chiefs%20Management%20Group.aspx , Hon. And to top things off someone won a fabulous trip to Jamaica too!
