This week’s show is all about South Africa and an extraordinary fundraising initiative called “World Chefs Tour Against Hunger:” The 3rd time this fundraiser has been held, first in 1993, 2003 and now 2011 and now bigger than ever with over 200 chefs from around the globe will be going to Johannesburg including our own Canadian Culinary team, all to raise funds to combat hunger and raise awareness.
