Also joining us in studio, Lisa Bradburn, Co-Chair Event Management for FLOURISH, a feast for the senses, a fabulous event taking place Thursday, October 30th at the Manyata Courtyard in Yorkville, in support of the Reena Foundation.

Reena is a foundation supporting children with developmental disabilities to provide alternative institutional care. A feast for all of the senses, combining food, wine, art and music this event is destined to be a spectacular one! Tickets still available. We’ll be there hosting the event. The word on the street is there are some pretty interesting celebrities coming to the event too! So wear your best! We’ll be there wearing dresses from Fashion Crimes and Misdemeanors.

Great Cooks on Eight is Toronto’s leading Culinary Center and one of the largest in Canada. Housed on the eighth floor of the Bay Queen Street, it is equipped with a state-of-the-art kitchen studio able to accommodate groups of up to 100. A cooking evening starts at 6:00 p.m. with a welcoming hors d’oeuvre and beverage. Then get into the cooking of a wonderful 4-course meal. Teams prepare the dishes with chefs by their side to provide instruction and numerous cooking tips. Dinner is then served with an accompanying glass of wine.
