So for me, especially with the hot days we’ve been having, I am gravitating to rose, and my wine pick today is from the Cotes de Provence, the largest appellation in Provence, of course known for rose. Almost with 90% of its production is pink and a bright pale pink, known to be fresh, a hint of spice and floral notes.

Listen to my wine review on the radio show at 4:21 minutes in the show.

My choice is the Sables d’Azur Cotes de Provence 2015, rose, by Gassier, beautiful, salmon copper colour, fresh, crisp, dry, beautiful tones of fresh strawberry and peach, elegant, delicate, a blend of Cinsault, Grenache and syrah, lovely, delicious, all for $15.95 yum!
